Refund policy

We hope you are as pleased with our products as we are. If not or we have made an error, please let us know so we can resolve the issue.

We know that shopping online doesn’t give you the same interaction with products as you would normally get in a brick and mortar store. Because of this, we are happy to exchange or give a refund, within 14 days of purchase. Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty.

The product must be returned as new, i.e.: unused, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or with tags attached, as it was delivered. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in resale condition.

If the product is faulty we will replace or refund within 30 days.

For damaged products or in the rare instance that we have sent out incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours to organise a return.

All shipping costs for returns and deliveries of exchanges (excluding faulty goods) will be at the customer’s expense. It is suggested that you send your return package by registered post or express post, as Burnt Toast cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in transit.

Return shipping costs will be reimbursed, upon receipt and inspection of the item, for incorrect, damaged or faulty goods only.

•Your full name and postal address
•Order number, if available
•Reason for return
•Request for exchange or refund
